Helping a bro posting this up. If anybody experienced a faulty sensor for the coolant box and needs replacement, it needs to be replaced together as a set. First prepare the parts needed. A new coolant box and coolant fluid. Next remove the wiring connector that's attached Next need to drain the box, we can unclip the clip holding the hose before detatching it. Remember to use some container/cloth to absorb the fluid that's being drain when hose is detatched. Next after draining, is pretty simple just need to unscrew the screws holding the box and just remove it and replace it with the new box and connect everything back in the reverse order. Top it up to the required level and all should be good

Thanks bro... :-) Eventually, some will encounter the same problem due to failing sensor. Also to mention the tank cost about $30 and the coolant $15.
I do reccomend after replacement, request for coolant flush and replacement in next servicing.
